2008 MCJB Jamaican rum

Complicated history this one! Initially thought they (Little Brown Dog) were buying a Monymusk but there is a story to this cask that needs some explanation, but it has resulted in an even more interesting and complex rum.
- Long Pond 2005 pot still
- Clarendon 2007 column and pot
- New Yarmouth 2005 pot still
- Worthy Park 2008 pot still
- Blended together into this refill barrel in 2015.
- It's probably one of the best rums we've bottled, maybe even one of the best casks.
- Only 250 bottles
- Colour - Heather honey
- Nose - Star fruit, muscat grapes, caramelised bananas
- Palate - Gooseberry fool, lime zest, thyme
- Finish - pomegranate, sponge fingers and all spice
