Selection Saint-Sauvant is a blend of some of the finest cognacs produced by the Merlet family and selected from their cellars at their aging optimum. Elaborated by Gilles and his two sons, Pierre and Luc, fifth generation of Merlet distillers, the blend is unique and produced as a limited edition. It is the result of an expert and rigorous selection among the cognacs they have inherited from their families activity. A number is associated with each new blend, it guarantees the exceptional rarity of this delicate cognac.
