This small batch, single malt whisky was aged in ex-Bourbon casks and finished in pomegranate rose wine casks. The unique pomegranate fruit offers this whisky Its exceptional flavors.
Tasting notes:
Aroma: Mocha coffee sprinkled with cinnamon and cloves, a sweet swirl of candied orange peel and strawberry confiture, all rounded up with potent earl grey tea.
Palate: A bounty of dry fruit with figs, plums and ginger, transforming into indulgent truffles filled with pomegranate jam, accompanied by rosemary and slight tobacco.
Finish: Long and warm with rich cocoa powder enhanced by a touch of nutmeg, butterscotch candy, red fruit and a twist of pomegranate.
