This small batch single malt whisky was fully matured in ex-rum casks from Jamaica and Cuba, bringing out intriguing layers of complexity in every sip.

Tasting notes:
Aroma:Banana yogurt with dark chocolate chips, fragrant wildflower honey and crushed white pepper.

Palate: Rich molasses followed by pecan pie sprinkled with toasted coconut, warm spice mix of nutmeg and cloves.

Finish: Tropical fruit, papaya and cantaloupe accompanied by fresh mint.
