Official Tasting Notes:
Colour: Bright copper.
Nose: Fruity and super sweet. Stewed apricots and peaches. Cantaloupe melon. Chocolate and fudge mousse. Toasted Muscovado sugars.
Taste: A very lively character indeed! Intensely fruity - stewed raisins, sultanas and apricots. Marmalade. Toasted oak and some serious cracked black pepper at the finish. Butterscotch?
