Details
This cuvée is the result of a meticulous blending of a selection of grapes from the Appellation with those from the estate. Everything is vinified at controlled temperatures, low enough to preserve the aromatic potential of the grapes, but high enough to extract their subtleties. Grenache is blended for elegant aromas, Syrah for aromatic complexity, Cinsault for freshness and Rolle, the great white variety of Provence, which adds mineral aromas to the wine.
