Misty Isle Classically Aromatic Gin

Provenance is everything to them at Isle of Skye Distillers, especially the abiding sense of belonging and community. Inspired by Skye, they have crafted Misty Isle Gin to embody its place of origin. Married with crystal-clear waters and the right balance of the finest botanicals, foraged from the beautiful Isle of Skye. Misty Isle Gin truly captures the ‘Spirit of Skye’.

Their Juniper and other botanicals are slowly distilled in copper pot stills and vapour infused with carefully selected botanicals – coriander, angelica, orris, grains of paradise and lemon to name a few. One botanical is kept under wraps and only found at altitude on the Isle of Skye.

Enjoy notes of citrus and floral juniper with an undertone of spice. We recommend enjoying Misty Isle with a premium Scottish tonic and garnished with a twist of fresh orange peel. This will help to enhance the citrus taste.
