This seasonal gin brings together all the traditional festive flavours that you would associate with a mulled wine.
The botanicals: juniper, cassia bark, orange, lemon, star anise, Tonia beans and a pinch of liquorice root are all soaked in the rich, Italian Amarone red wine prior to distilling. Misty Isle Christmas Mulled Gin, therefore, has the same flavour profile as a delicious mulled wine combined with a generous juniper hit.
Best served with a Scottish tonic water, a slice of orange and a cinnamon stick.
