Mezan is a limited collection of rums. Unsweetened, natural colour, non chill filtered and aged in casks until they reach their optimal maturity. Mezan represents the purest and most authentic style of the Caribbean rums.
Distilled at Moneymusk, in the Clarendon Parish of Jamaica, this spirit comes from their multi column continuous stills. The rum matures in a two-stage ageing process: it starts in the rum's birthplace: Jamaica. The second ageing period unfolds in Europe in re-fill bourbon barrels.
