The nose is more spice than molasses.
Very light and fruity with a bit of spice and richness on the finish. A mild taste, then there is some sweetness up front, then a bit of the molasses and spice.
The finish is mildly bitter.

A specialist Italian importer, blender and bottler, Moon Import was founded in 1980 by Pepi Mongiardino. Globally renowned as one of the industry’s finest independent bottlers, it is responsible for some particularly outstanding single malts and Kilninian Drinks Co are excited to present its ‘Remember’ series of specially selected Caribbean rums.
