Aon means one in Gaelic and represents their collection of single cask bottlings. Each cask has been hand-picked because it is delicious, unique and unrepeatable.
This delicious, rounded spirit has spent just over half its life in an ex-bourbon cask before being finished in an ex-rye cask since 2022. The result is flavours of creamy butterscotch, spiced French toast and a hint of fresh mint.
