The nose neat is full of vanilla sweetness. Scones with strawberry jam & clotted cream, Victoria Sponge, white chocolate cookies and buttery pastries invite you in. The palate lives up to the nose with added warmed whole grain bread and marmalade. Water intensifies the vanilla notes on the nose while bringing creaminess on the reduced palate, melted vanilla ice cream with melted white chocolate. . . Delicious!
