The nose opens like a paper bag of mixed hard candy developing to citric boiled sweets plus sherbet and golden honey. The palate reveals a range of spices, some warming, others so sweet while the finish has a raisin-filled fudge quality with breakfast cereal and more sugary notes apparent.
