North Highland Blend Part 2.
Hot off the heels of their (un)surprisingly popular North Highland Blended Malt, they have knocked together another batch!
Utilising the same distillates as Batch 1, this blend is made up of 50.1% Glen Ord 2016 and 49.9% Clynelish 2016, both matured in refill Hogsheads.
Ideally it would have been 50/50 but that level of expertise would have driven the price up.
The Highland malts were then juiced up in a very, very freshly emptied refill sherry butt, resulting in fuzzy stone fruit flavours and early 2000 supermarket deals. The blend was then slowly diluted in cask to an extra quaffable 44.4%. We hope you enjoy our North Highland Blended Malt Scotch Whisky Batch 2 as much as you did Batch 1!
Non-chill filtered and natural colour. This spirit may haze at low temperatures and under dilution.
