This North of Scotland is a Vintage 1970, and aged for 50 years before being bottled in January 2021.
Official Tasting Notes:
Nose: Wonderful and so sweet! Vanilla pods, boiled sweets with burnt brown sugar and spiced oak.
Palate: Thick and creamy... custard over stewed fruit developing to cinnamon and allspice.
Finish: Long with a tantalising spicy style plus flambéed banana and a cereal sweetness.
