Matured minimum 3 years in brandy barrels. 100% malted barley (50% Japan / 50% from Germany). Low temperature fermentation (same method used for brewing sake).
Tasting notes.
Nose - Delicate and refreshing -Exotic fruits.
Palate - Smooth and complex -Mango, coconut, white pepper, menthol.
Finish - Delicate and lingering -Cereal, spices, hint of oak.
Distilled at Miyashita Distillery - Japan.
