Nose
The nose opens with sherry trifle, sultanas, fruit cake, heather honey and dried strawberries.
Palate
The palate turns darker with marmalade, maple syrup, coffee cake, burnt sugar and dark chocolate.
Finish
Full and syrupy, the finish is slightly dry with notes of raisin and cocoa.

This decadent 16-year-old Old Pulteney has been matured in Pinot Noir casks. Its character evokes a grand hotel overlooking the rugged northern Scottish coast, where dessert is served as the sun sets over the wild sea.
