This champagne is made in Mesnil sur Oger and Villeneuve in the prestigious Côte des Blancs, the preferred land of the Chardonnay grape variety.
Its reduced dosage liqueur content makes it an “Extra Brut” champagne.
This bias allows the wine to express more freely the finesse of its aromas as well as the identity of the terroir.
The Composition cuvee is characterized by a beautiful balance between freshness and maturity, as well as a subtle fruitiness. The crystalline and silky palate reveals the delicacy of the terroir.
