This Champagne Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is made in Mesnil-sur-Oger, in the prestigious Côte des Blancs, the preferred land of the Chardonnay grape variety.
Its very low liquor content dosage makes it a champagne “Extra Brut”.
This bias allows the wine to express more freely the finesse of its aromas as well as the identity of the terroir.
The MONOCHROME vintage fully expresses the chalky and mineral terroir. The finesse of the bubbles highlights the salinity of the wine and the slightly buttery aromas of the Chardonnay.
