Caspyn Cornish Summer Cup

This is the quintessential drink of the summer throughout the British Isles – think picnics in the park, Wimbledon, and strawberries and cream.

They only make their Summer Cup when the Cornish weather starts to warm, and the first of the soft fruits start to appear. Strawberries are always the first, around April, making the first few batches very strawberry heavy.

Next, gooseberries and raspberries start to ripen, and they get included in their recipe. Towards the end of the summer, it is the blueberries and blackberries that are at their best, so they, too, are embraced.
