One of 325 Bottles from a PX Sherry Butt, Ref DL13748, Distilled July 2004 and bottled December 2019.
Official Tasting Notes:
Nose: Opens with treacle and molasses, warms to cereal, grist and smoke.
Palate: Fructiferous: marinated raisins then black campfire coffee and spices.
Finish: More espresso, chewy toffee, muscovado sugar and vanilla.
Distilled at Port Dundas, and bottled by Douglas Laing in their Old Particular Range.
