Nose: Shows burnt citrus, warming spices and a Later sweet vanilla fudge style
Palate: Light and sugary, still citric, now with a mixture of hickory and honey
Finish: Fainlty oaked, after which muscovado sugar and maple syrup appear
Distilled at Port Dundas Distillery. Bottled by Douglas Laing.
