Nose - Vibrant, fresh fruit salad with summer straw and candied citrus peels.
Palate - Brown sugar and custard cream develops to a gentle spiciness with honey'd caramel.
Finish - Cinnamon lingers wonderfully with buttery pancakes and maple syrup.
