Tasting Notes:
Nose: Salty and initially dry - warms to soft peat. Old leather and drifting wood smoke.
Palate: Mouth puckeringly salty before a big tarry phenol focus with coal dust and mocha
Finish: Subtle - showing its sherry history with later pepper, oil and creosote.
