Port of Leith Distillery invested time identifying a specific, high-quality producer in Portugal whose casks they will use to mature their whisky. But for now they thought their liquid should be savoured and enjoyed.
They have sourced their port from Martha’s Family Estate which dates back to early 18th century, so they reckon they know a thing or two about making exceptional wine. Made from blend of Malvasia Fina, Viosinho, Gouveio and Donzelinho grapes producing a wonderful variation of fresh stone fruits combined with floral undertones.
