Port of Leith Distillery White Port

At the Port of Leith Distillery they’re taking a new and modern approach to produce exceptional Scotch Whisky, founded upon years of research into yeast and fermentation and underpinned by sourcing the very best ingredients that they can find.

Every one of their casks will come from a producer they know and admire, to the extent that they can proudly present their wines or spirits to their clients. This began with the launch of their Oloroso Sherry in 2018 and continues with their Port. Two products that are forging enduring relationships.

White port is a delicious aperitif. It has bright apricot and stone fruit flavours, and a vibrant blossom aroma. It’s delicious chilled and drunk on its own, but also makes a fantastic summer drink when mixed 50/50 with tonic.
