This LDN Dry Gin is their take on a classic. Juniper led with coriander seed and a touch of fresh lime. Basil, cardamom and mint are then extracted to create a sharp and distinctive dry gin.
This is a distinctive, multi-faceted gin, ideal for any occasion be it sipping, mixing or concocting.
The distillate is collected slowly across a seven-hour process , in order to maximise their botanicals and capture the full spectrum of flavours.
Tasting notes:
Aroma: Herbaceous, eucalyptus, juniper.
Palate: Sweet, garden herb notes from basil and mint lead into a fresh citric mid-palate. Earthy juniper finishes the gin off with a warming touch of cardamom.
