The Port Au Prince Distillery, founded in 2018, brings back to Haiti the production of a rum distilled in an artisanal muller's bain-marie still. This rum, produced from an ancestral technique using crystalline sugar cane, syrup boiled as it was in the 1800s, is a blend of 25 barrels aged in original ex-caroni casks.
