The Port-au-Prince Distillery, founded in 2018, brings back to Haiti the production of a white rum distilled in a pot still. Produced by Herbert Barbancourt Linge, descendant of the Barbancourt family. This rum is produced from syrup and sugar cane juice using centuries-old methods.
