Purist Gin has aromas of orange and cassia spice on the nose, which develop further in the mouth to a more rounded, classic juniper and coriander flavour. Yuzu peel flavours then burst through, enveloping the palate, before finally mellowing out into a sweet orange aftertaste, making for an extremely refreshing experience.

They use a single-shot process, meaning they add only water after distillation, resulting in an ultra-smooth, super-drinkable gin. Moreover, they use almond powder to really mellow out the ethanol and bind it with the rich botanicals to create a flavourful gin with a surprisingly light mouthfeel.

Whilst their bottle art changes from batch to batch, their award-winning, single-shot London dry gin recipe never changes.
