The Tasting Notes

Nose

Fruity and complex, with fresh green apple, stone fruits and vanilla fudge.

Palate

Mouth coating in texture. Fruity notes of peaches and orange with a richness of pecan, treacle and buttery pastry.

Finish

Hazelnuts, dark chocolate orange and digestive biscuits.

Details

Distilled in 2008 originally put into a hogshead, then re-racked in 2023 into a 1st Fill American Oak Palo Cortado Quarter Cask.
