Official notes:
Floral overtones on the nose transport us far and wide…the bouquet is a little bit Moorish, a little bit Andalusian Latin-American…evoking meadows in Provence, dry stone walls in southern Italy and wafts of incense in mystical monasteries in Asia minor where legend, faith and the quest for inner self are lost in the mists of time. Then comes lavender, myriad different flowers at the height of summer, pressed powder and peach… all in preparation for a generous palate that satisfies and delights us. A rich, thick spirit with impressive weight. It leaves furrows on the tongue which, as the seconds pass, are filled with spicy, unexpected flavours.
