A limited edition Scallywag 13 Year Old.

Inspired by the long line of Douglas Laing family Fox Terriers, which are renowned for being sweet yet rather mischievous dogs, sadly we've heard that Binks, the fox terrier upon which the logo and inspiration for this malt is based, has passed away. A wonderful tribute and legacy awaits with this Scallywag whisky.

Matured exclusively in Sherry butts.

Tasting notes...
Nose - The nose is big,dark,distinctly sherried, raison-y with home-baked fruitcake and molasses to the fore.
Palate - Palate-wise, the sweet dark sherry opens, then detectlate vanilla, nut meg and ginger mixing with rich cereal tones: all of which combine In the still spiced finish offering along and wagging tail-end of mocha.
