Scallywag Year of the Dog: The nose opens with muscovado
sugar, developing to hints of cocoa and spiced oak. The mouth-
coating palate is rich with allspice, toffee and ripe red fruits,
running to an indulgent finish with candied orange peel and
cinnamon.
