A German gin produced in collaboration with Sea Shepherd, a non-profit conservation organisation. The Chamomile Flower has been used in many ocean voyages to help calm sea sickness and anxious minds about the voyage ahead. There is no doubt that this herbal flower would have found its way into a sailors rations, more specifically into their Gin. The Sea Shepherd Gin uses the Chamomile Flower as a champion ingredient alongside Ruby Grapefruit and Juniper to name a few.
