Aroma: A distinctly medicinal aroma on a fresh maritime base of salt air, iodine and seaweed.
Taste: Sweet and lightly salty, with a smoky / medicinal finish.
Quality: This would be taken for an Islay malt, although it is lighter, more-ish. Light, elegant and smoky.
Aftertaste: An aftertaste of bonfire smoke. Sweet basil note.
