This Rum Cask Release from Speyburn Distillery was first aged in Bourbon Casks then finished in Rum Casks to bring through flavours of tropical fruits and gently warming spices.

Tasting notes:
Colour: Pale gold
Nose: Tropical fruits, green apples, citrus and caramelised banana
Taste: Buttery pastry and peach leading to tropical fruits, soft caramel, delicate cinnamon and fresh vanilla.
