Notes: Sherry influences complement aromas of plump raisin and seville orange zest. Smooth flavours of clementine accompany stewed apple and cinnamon spice. A medium-bodied finish with toasted hazelnut and oak.

Macallan from Speymalt 2000 - 2022:
The Speymalt from Macallan Distillery range includes a series of exceptional Single Malts, each matured in the highest quality casks selected by Gordon & MacPhail. Summer berries with autumn spice and fruitcake. The palate has stewed fruit, demerara sugar and sweet apple. The finish is full and long lasting with dried cherry and charred oak.

Invergordon 1991 30 Year Old, TyndrumWhisky Exclusive:
Nose: Polished oak floors give way to a sweet -shop style with a wonderful medley of raspberries and milk chocolate.
Palate: Pear drops / candied apples develop to a warming spiciness (baking spice and brown sugar) alongside vanilla cream.
Finish: Lingers with a tangy character - orange rind and lemon drops - balanced by creamy cereal and allspice.
