Speyside 1990 24 Year Old - Single Minded

Douglas Laing's Single Minded series is a range of Small Batch Single Malts from across a variety of Scotch Whisky regions. Each is bottled exactly the way the distiller intended: without colouring or chill-filtration.

This expression, a Speyside 24 Years Old, is attractively sweet and honeyed on the nose with a fresh citric quality and notes of spiced toffee. The palate is sweet with butterscotch and spiced, macerated raisins, with a beautifully long, warm and spicy finish

Attractively sweet and honeyed on the nose, carrying a citric fresh quality with vanilla and spiced toffee.
The palate is mouth-coatingly sweet with butterscotch and spiced, macerated raisins.
This all runs beautifully to a long and warmingly spiced finish, still honeyed, plus more raisins and vanilla.

Could it be Macallan? Could it be Mortlach? Could it be Aberlour? who knows.. we do know that it was Matured and bottled by Douglas Laing & Co.
