Springbank 1967 20 Year Old, Prestonfield House Cask #1472
Condition report: The box does have quite a few marks as can be seen in the pictures and the usual wear and tear you would expect with a bottle of this age. The bottles fill level is at the neck.
Details
A step back in history, a step forward to contemporary luxury. Prestonfield House combines both worlds in one unique experience.
Built in 1687 for a close friend of King James II, the house welcomed Prince Charles Edward (1745), Benjamin Franklin (1759), Boswell and Johnson (1759) and many other renowned dignitaries.
The Prestonfield Malt Whisky has always matured best in oak casks that have contained sherry. Over a long period of time, their master blender has carefully cultivated the whisky until he alone considers it has attained the high standard required for Prestonfield House. The bottles are individually numbered by hand to guarantee exclusivity.
