Tasting notes
Nose - Lyles golden syrup, caramelised almonds and a wee bit of marzipan.
Palate - Salted ginger flapjacks and waxy chocolate pralines on an oil powered rayburn.
Finish - Red fruit in jam.
Distilled November 1998, Bottled October 2020.
Distilled at Springbank Distillery, and bottled by North Star Spirits.
