The Tasting Notes
Nose
Notes of cracked black pepper, cigar box and sage on the nose introduce this year’s Local Barley.
Palate
There are notes of shortbread and salted caramel on the palate, along with a herbal, basil note.
Finish
A long, sweet finish with notes of toffee standing out.
Details
This 2025 bottling of the Springbank Local Barley has been matured in 50% bourbon casks and 50% sherry casks.
