Left-Field: Exclusively crafted for their European Starward loyalists, Left-Field is a fruit-forward and spicy, Australian single malt whisky that's been fully matured in French Oak, red wine barrels - All locally sourced within a day’s drive of our distillery in Melbourne, Australia. Left-Field is bursting with notes of tropical fruits, blackcurrant and of course, a hint of spice.

Nova: Bursting with notes of red berries, chocolate and soft oak spice, Nova is Starward's fruit-forward, signature single malt whisky. Fully matured in Australian red wine barrels to make it one of our most popular whiskies amongst whisky lovers, cocktail curious and competition judges alike.

Fortis: They age Fortis in 100% American Oak barrels to give a full, rich taste and enhance the toasty oak and vanilla characters of the whisky. Fortis also boasts juicy red wine characteristics thanks to barrels from mostly Barossa Valley wineries, which once held powerful shiraz and cabernets. Some barrels are charred for complexity, most are fresh, lending Fortis the intense red wine flavours that soaked into the barrel staves. They don’t chill filter this stronger release to closely represent the whisky that comes from the barrel.
