Distilled in July 2011 and bottled in 2026, this Strathmill single malt forms part of Cooper’s Choice's The Golden Cut Collection.
Matured for over fourteen years in American oak cask #0042 before receiving additional ageing in a Marsala fortified wine cask, this Speyside whisky combines Strathmill’s delicate spirit character with the rich fruit and sweetness imparted by the Sicilian wine cask finish.
