This 2009 Talisker is a single cask bottling for Douglas Laing's Old Particular range of whisky.
Distilled November 2009.

Nose - A big, oceanic character, with salty seaweed and a peated punch.
Palate - Still big, then it's peppery and oily, with some intense sweetness.
Finish - Ashy and smoky with burnt toast and also later burnt sugar.
Distilled at Talisker Distillery. Bottled by Douglas Laing.
