They’ve hand-selected the very finest first-fill Oloroso casks from Jerez – in other words, the very best of the best. These exceptionally expensive casks are the pinnacle of sherry cask maturation, which bestow upon the whisky two great gifts: rich mahogany colour and outstanding taste. Fittingly, they bottle Gran Reserva un-chillfiltered, just as nature intended.

Nose: Rich sherry oak, almond toffee, light citrus and cloves.

Pallate: Sherry sweetness and complex oak, with a tingle of zest, spice and soft fruit.

Finish: Beautifully balanced cinnamon, vanilla and dark chocolate.
