The Tasting Notes
Nose
A nose of unripe fruit, green grapes and white gooseberries. Very fresh and floral, like walking through a lemon grove with zestiness in the air.
Palate
The taste at full strength has an initial freshness that quickly gives way to more savoury notes – lemon cheesecake with a slight tartness and some tannins (but only very slight).
