The Whiskymaker's reserve is an artistic exploration their sherry-led house style. The whiskymaker defines the architecture of each release as he unlocks infinite variables and never-ending flavour possibilities.

The Whiskymaker's Reserve No. 5 has been matured in oloroso, px and red wine casks. comprising Spanish and American oak. Elegant and restrained with a moorish influence, fruity aromatics lead to indulgent baklava and a vibrant creamy finish.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Perfumed and fruity with polished oak, red apples, chocolate and hints of Devonshire cream.

Palate: Pecan and walnut baklava, baking spices, candied papaya and hints of coffee.

Finish: Vibrant and creamy with toasted brown sugar.
