Tipple Gin

Tipple Gin brings to you with every sip the familiarity of traditional juniper but combines it with a beautiful infusion of wild berries, fresh rosemary and gorgeously sweet, locally sourced honey. their gin harnesses the essence of Scotland by intricately marrying their finest distilled spirit with the fresh, crisp and clear waters of the celebrated Royal Deeside spring in Aberdeenshire to give a long clean finish.

Botanicals:
DAMSONS: A small fruit with vibrant dark blue skin and a strong, tart, sweet-sour flavour, damsons are similar to plums and a member of the rose family. This adds a deep fruity character and balance to their gin.

LOCAL DEESIDE HONEY: Tipple contains deliciously sweet Deeside honey, sourced from a local master bee keeper. The bees collect nectar from various locations in and around the Dee valley. This mixture of heather, willow herb and clover honey gives Tipple its unique sweetness.

FRESH ROSEMARY: This aromatic shrub has a slightly pronounced minty, lemon-pine aroma with a peppery, balsamic taste with a bitter, woody aftertaste.

LEMONGRASS: This herb has a pungent lemony, herbaceous, and sweetly floral flavour. Reminiscent of Lemon Sherbets!
