Tobermory on the Isle of Mull, a Hebridean island in western Scotland, north of the isle of Islay.
Distilled 1995.
Bottled 2016.
Age - 21 years old.
Cask - 2x Bourbon hogshead.

Tasting notes...
Nose - Salty; waxed leather and salted pork. A little smoke and drying.
Palate - The saltiness continues and a slight smokiness emerges with undertones of custard creams and a short waxy note.
Finish - Ash, dry, cooked fruits, peppery, salted popcorn and digestive biscuit notes.
Distilled at Tobermory Distillery, Selected, matured and bottled by Cadenhead Scotland's oldest independent bottler, founded in 1842.
